• Cryptocurrencies

• Indices
• Stocks

The Platform offers trading tools, market data, charting capabilities, and account management features to facilitate your trading activities.

2.2 Service Availability

MitheralFX strives to provide continuous access to the Platform; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without prior notice.

We are not responsible for any trading losses incurred due to Platform unavailability, technical issues, or internet connectivity problems.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account with MitheralFX, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Choose a strong password and keep it confidential
• Provide valid identification and proof of address
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Verification Requirements

As part of our regulatory obligations, we require identity verification before you can deposit funds or trade. You may be asked to provide:

• Government-issued photo identification
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Additional documentation as required by law or regulation

4.2 Trading Rules

When trading on our Platform, you must comply with the following rules:

• Maintain sufficient margin in your account to support open positions
• Do not engage in manipulative or abusive trading practices
• Comply with all applicable trading hours and session times
• Accept that execution prices may differ from quoted prices due to market conditions
• Understand that stop-loss orders do not guarantee execution at the specified price

5.1 Deposit Methods

We accept deposits through the following methods:

All deposits must be made from accounts held in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6.2 Non-Trading Fees

Additional fees that may apply include:

• Withdrawal fees (depending on withdrawal method)
• Currency conversion fees
• Account maintenance fees (for inactive accounts)
• Special service fees (upon request)

We will clearly disclose all applicable fees before you incur them. Hidden fees are prohibited.

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using our Platform:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for illegal financial activities
• Fraud: Providing false information or engaging in deceptive practices
• Market Manipulation: Engaging in practices that distort market prices
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Exploiting system latency or pricing errors
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain access to others' accounts or systems
• Spam: Sending unsolicited communications through our Platform
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble our Platform
• Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers

7.1 Consequences of Violations

Violation of these prohibited activities may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of bonuses or profits
• Legal action and reporting to relevant authorities
• Blocking of future access to our services

The MitheralFX Platform, including but not limited to its design, graphics, text, software, and other content, is owned by MitheralFX or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform
• Use any trademarks, service marks, or logos without prior written permission
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform
• Use any automated means to access the Platform or collect data

8.1 User Content

By submitting any content to our Platform, you grant MitheralFX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

You retain all rights to your content and are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on third-party rights.

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MitheralFX disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MitheralFX shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any trading losses or investment losses incurred by users
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages resulting from reliance on information or services provided through the Platform
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to MitheralFX in the past 6 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Contacting our customer support team
• Closing all open positions and withdrawing your funds

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or trading services.

10.2 Termination by MitheralFX

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You provide fraudulent or inaccurate information
• You engage in prohibited activities
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities
• We suspect your account is being used for illegal activities
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, we will provide you with the opportunity to withdraw your funds, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• Your right to use the Platform will cease immediately
• We may close all open positions at current market prices
• We may withhold funds as required by law or regulation
• Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

MitheralFX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective 30 days after posting on the Platform. We will notify you of material changes through:

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms of Service and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
